BRIEF

This is a conceptual packaging redesign I created for Amsterdam Navigator, an ambitious lager brand with a strong market position. My priority was to modernize the brand's existing visual identity while preserving its strong and recognizable character, creating a design that feels fresh without compromising brand value.

WHAT I DID

Working within the brand's existing monochromatic direction, I refined and elevated it through bold typography and a cleaner compositional structure. Stripping back unnecessary visual noise let the brand's robust identity speak more directly, resulting in a packaging system that feels both contemporary and true to the Navigator's established tone.

RESULT

The concept explores how restraint and typographic confidence can modernize a legacy packaging design without alienating its existing audience. Paired with sharper compositional logic, the monochromatic approach aims to give the brand a more premium shelf presence while keeping its core identity intact.
