WHAT I DID

Developed a dark, warm-toned palette to evoke the weight of night without losing visual warmth. The composition places the character at the intersection of shadow and light, pulling the viewer into the emotional core of the series before a single page is read.

RESULT

The cover successfully established the series' visual identity from the very first issue. The contrast-driven palette resonated with manga readers, communicating the story's emotional tone before a single page was turned. The atmospheric composition drew attention to the character's inner world, making the series feel both genre-familiar and visually distinctive. The design stood out within the manga aesthetic, earning recognition among both dedicated readers and newcomers to the medium.
